The driver will message or call you when you land and arrange to meet you with a nameboard.
LHR  / LGW is always inside arrival hall

You don't need to pay a deposit when you book.
Payments
HFC accept different forms of payments.
We offer Account facilities with 14 day payment terms for corporate clients.
All Major debit/credit cards are accepted including Mastercard, Visa and Amex
Cash payments are welcome direct to the driver on the day of travel.

All the information is in our T&C on the website.
But the basic information is, less than 48 hours notice may be a full charge for a saloon car. Less than 7 days notice for a MPV/Mini Van and a full charge will apply.
Corporate clients have different T&C's.
